The idea i have is have a program monitor what is going on in ram and what program is being used the most. Basically programs being used a lot should be used in real ram, and the programs that are there, but not really doing anything such as setti or weather chanel thing or aim or somethign like that should be stored in Virtual Memory if you are going over.

So basically a program that prioritizes your processes and(if you go over into virtual memory) puts the least used programs into virtual memory and the most used programs in to real memory. Oh and if another person is logged on just dump all of what they doing into virtual memory.

Can anyone do that please?
