problem

problem is that I cant access
administrative tools correctly.
and because of that I cant watch movies,
Listen to music, use email, and use some
programs. It happend when I did some things
with component services and now I cant undo that.
I cant change my services and any other
thing that You can normally use on administrative tools.
Is there way to somehow repair administrative
tools without reinstalling windows.

Windows comes with an administrator account without a password.. Log into that The username is Administrator and when it asks for a password dont type any in.. Then go in and switch your username to administrator..

That is only true if when he installed windows he did not enter a password for administrator
