Make sure your monitor is properly connected and that your video card is firmly in the PCI slot

It does sound like the PSU, if you have any generic psus that work try them out in the computer, if that fixes the problem then you will most likely have to buy a micro atx psu.

Tried this...

Ok... I looked at it again when I got home,When I turn it on..no beeps at all activity light is green for a few seconds then goes out.I looked at the power supply and the fan wasnt running,so I figured that was the prob.I took one out of another machine(old One)and tried that...still the same thing..no beeps or anything. So I took the original supply and put it in the old computer..started up..fan ran...and sounded like it went through all steps(i didnt have anything hooked up to it). So....any sugestions??
Thanks..
