Delete the firefox and mozilla folders in your application data folder. That's normally C:\Documents and Settings\yournamehere\Application Data. The folder is hidden by default so to get to it you'll have to type the path into your explorer address bar. There's no need for uninstalling firefox.

This still did not allow me to delete firefox completely. There are some problems with firefox so i just want to uninstall it completely and reinstall it and see if the problem still exist. When ever i go to reinstall it, the browser keeps my original settings.

Firefox keeps all of its settings in its Application Data folder, unless you've messed with the profiles and put it somewhere else.

I have also experienced this problem. When trying to use different manual proxy configurations, Firefox has always returned me to the same proxy. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, including the suggestions presented but to no avail. That is deleting the Application Data files, the Firefox folders under Program Files and the Registry entries. Many of my old setting still remain.
