Shutterfly image receipts being blocked by Spybot S&D ?

I have recently stopped getting images from my son (a Shutterfly user) .... Can my anti-spyware software be the reason?.... I use Spybot Search & Destroy and MS Spyware Beta 1....... Also I use XP home edition, IE, and OE...... I have received many images from him in the past..... Thank you
