hey i have an HP iPAC pocket pc and it worked no problem before but i had to reformat my laptop and it got rid of active sync 3.5 which i need. well i have the cd and everything and when i reinstalled it it says what ports are availible so i connect it to the usb port( its availible) and it reads it because i get the popup in the corner that says new hardware found. but the progran that is supposed to find the handheld doesnt find it so it doesnt connect. i have re installed and what not noumerous times...i was thinking maybe i have to reset my handheld but how do i do that....? anyhelp please and thank you oh and my os is xp and it was before too if that is any help or u needed to know Garrett
