the system has recovered from a serious error

I'm not sure if I have chosen the right topic but,
When I am starting XP, an error message appears and tells that the system has recovered from a serious error. And it does not request that Microsoft be informed.
I am only allowed to have more information about the error and there is only a close button.
When I press close, the system restarts. The only way I can use my computer is to live with that error message window on the screen. And the computer works way too slow.
The error signature is:
BCCode : 24 BCP1 : 001902FE BCP2 : EC04D094 BCP3 : EC04CD90
BCP4 : F858E7B6 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1
Can it be because of a program I have installed lately? And how do I fix my computer and get rid of this recurring error message window?
