Somehow the toolbar on my computer doesn't have anything on it. Whenever i open a new window, nothing appears on the toolbar. Anybody have any idea why and how to solve this problem? I've tried restarting too...doesn't solve the problem help!!

right click on your start bar, go to tool bars and disable all of them until u get rid of the one thats causing problems.
