I am new to the forum and I am having a cable modem issue. Equipment: Cable Modem: Motorola SurfBoard SB5100 Wireless Router: Motorola WR850G I know that you can get to the configurations of both the modem and router from an internet browser. I thought, when I got it from Motorola, I wrote it down. But I cannot find it anywhere. I finally found (on the internet) the address to configure the router. It is http://192.168.10.1. Going here will take to to the User ID and Password to the router. From there you can log in and view the configuration. But I am still unable to acquire the address for the modem. Motorola tech support kept me on hold for over 30 minutes. And there's only so much elevator music one can endure before you legally insane. Incidentally, I downloaded the PDF's, and the router's manual mentioned the configuration utility, but the modem's didn't. And I know the modem has one because I have been there in the past. Like I said, I wrote it down, I just do not know what I did with it. Can anyone tell me what the address is to get to the cable modem's configuration? Any help is appreciated.

Nevermind, it is http://192.168.100.1. Thanks anyways.
