Hi You're dell should of come with driver CD disks along with the other CD to restore you're computer to new condition. If you don't have them handy you can follow this link http://support.dell.com/support/topics/ ... ection=005 Go to drivers and downloads, then inthe drop down window enter the type of computer you have or the service tag # Then find the drivers for the sound and download them. How do you want to log on, do you want all the names there or do you want to type it in with a password?

To change how you want to log on/off do this..go to start/ control panel/user accounts, and then you will see "Change the way users log on off" Now decide how you want to log on/off and apply changes, if you don't like it you can chane back..
