MONITOR PROBLEM

i have a monitor from my windows ME computer its a phillips 107t im using it for my windows 98 computer it installed the plug and play stuff, then after i got everything worked out, the colores are all messed up, i went to change the colors to a higher setting, but it only has 16 and 2 colors, everything i do has distorted colores, can someone please help me with this

I think you don't have the correct drivers loaded, follow this link and download the drivers for Win 98, then install. http://list.driverguide.com/list/company813/page4/

ok i installed the driver, but the colors are still messed up, now what do i do?

Do you have the disk for you're graphics card, or do you know what type you have? I think you still have driver issues, and it may be you didn't load all the right drivers.

i have no idea of whats inside this computer, it came with windows 98, thats all i know

You will have to find out or find someone who can in person. It's impossible to help with no imformation. Do you have make , model, ect? If not you're best bet would be take it some where to get repaired.
