I'm not sure what happened, but every time I right click on an icon I get an error message saying "Can't load rtl70.bpl" I just started getting this message about an hour ago and none of my friends have any idea what to do. I did a bit of looking online for a solution to this but didn't come up with anything. Has anyone else had this problem, or better yet, anyone knoe how I can fix this???
