Recently, my computer had been resetting and crashing a lot - after testing the memory, updating all the expansion card drivers, and many more tests, the motherboard was found to be faulty (and the PSU was changed just in case) - a new motherboard was installed recently - now whenever I try and turn on the computer, it will restart before even Posting. I can hear the fans working fine, but I can also hear the hard drives resetting every couple of seconds. I have a feeling it might be the CPU thats gone, but would like some other opinions just in case. My current spec: AMD Athlon 64 3200 CPU Gigabyte GAKN8S Pro DDR 3200 RAM (2 sticks) QTEC 650W PSU ATI Radeon 9800 SE Creative Soundblaster Audigy 2 ZS IDE 10GB HDD (For the OS) SATA 160GB HDD (For storage) Please help me sort this out as soon as is possible!

Try removing the spare hard drive, sound card, one stick of ram, and any cards you have. See if you can boot up, if not swap the ram stick out with the other, try again. You can try without any hard drives too see if you can get thru the boot, if you can then replace one part at a time till you find the bad one.
