Computers not seeing eachother

Hello,
I got an interesting issue here. I have 2 PC's. One has XP and the other 98. I made all the connections and everithing I could but my network is not working fine.
My two PC's are not seeng eachother. But interesting that the internet is working fine on both of them. I go to Network Neighborhood and nothing. Only the current PC is shown.
Somebody can help me?
