hi, im new to this forum...but...i have a compaq pc, and i think i had a virus, nothing would open up on my computer, so i retsrted it hopin to re install windows, and it would not open it came up saying BAD_POOL_CALLER ***STOP 0x000000C2 (0x00000043, 0xC393D000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) anyone know how to fix this, please i need help fast and the compaq technical service line isnt picking up

me particually i don't know about restore thats only good if your little sister deletes all your cookies. try reinstalling windows or if you can roll back all your drivers.
