Unwarned Restart

Hi everyone.
I'm posting regarding a computer that i just built. For some reason, everytime something is installed and if too many programs are being utilized at the same time, the computer reboots suddenly and comes back up saying that windows has recovered from a fatal error.
I have then noticed that after connecting my webcam, it was also giving the same error message after the random reboot.
This problem continued on when i connected the wireless g usb adapter.
One thing that i also noticed was that when i would go into my hardware profile, the drivers for a Standard USB Host Controler is not available which is why it has a question mark in yellow to the left of it.
Does this have anything to do with my computer randomly rebooting?
If so, where do you suggest i get the drivers for this? The CD that should install the drivers said that it should automatically come with SP1 for windows XP, which has already been installed, along with SP2.
The specs for my computer are:
nVidia 7800 GTX KO Edition Video Card
Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe Motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 FX-57 Processor
Sony DVD-RW Burner
Normal CD Reader
Floppy Drive
4 Gigs of Ram
ThermalTake Tai-Chi w/out water cooling
