my freinds giving me his hard drive n told me to copy the songs from mine to his... now i wanna know how to install the hard drive so tht i shudn goof up n ruin his drive.... im runnng on windows 98 and want to hav my own drives partitions to remain as they are(c and d) and his to become e and f as hes also got two partitions. ive gotta give bak his hard disk so i need to know the way to install the drive so it can run with mine and the way to remove it when im done i need to know how to do this bfore the kuming monday (in three days) cus thats when im supposed to give the drive bak n i need to do dis so lyk help me out

well for someone from pakistan you speek english well. umm plug it into your motherboard using the respective cabels. there will be no need to "install" this 2nd hd. make shure the white little bits on the back side of the hard drive are in the "slave" respective places. this will insure that there is no conflict between booting the computer. you should come up with my computer > and the 2nd hd is E:\ if beeping occurs remove 2nd hd and boot try above steps again. that should be all i have to say. hope that helped p.s. don't give him any p0rn LOLZ
