I am studying to take the SCJP exam and I wondering if employers even care if you have would my time be better spent doing other things to make myself more marketable? I like java and I know it pretty well and I would like to get the cert except being unemployed money and time need to go where they are best spent. Thanks for any advice you can give, Also the type of interview questions are like certification exams. So be ready to be roasted. I loved it when they tried to Zing me on the job interviews. Without the certification I would have never been able to answer the questions properly.
