What is your average time for ripping a DVD movie and ave time for burning it in blank DVD?.

It takes me about 15 minutes to rip a dvd, and around 20 minutes to burn one

It takes me about 58 minutes to rip and burn. I do it at 1X because I heard its better quality when you burn slower. Someone let me know if this is true.
