It performs like a 4.2GHz CPU.
It will be so fast.

Yeah, AMD Athlon 64s have a lot of cache.

The new xeon is 4 mb

I know.
The only problem is that its low FSB (100MHz) can not use the Cache 3 to its highest potentional.
In other words, the Cache is waiting on the FSB for more data.
Thus, it performs worse than the AMD Opteron 848s.
