Uh:
1 You have to replace you MB.
2 You have to replace your PSU.
3 You have to replace your case.
4 The only good Intel CPU for OCing is the 2.4C.
5 All AMD CPUs have been named the best OCable CPUs ever.

THe 2.4C beats it. :D

Not really.
The 2.4C can overclock 1000MHz Points.
The 1800 can overclock 1200MHz Points, or more.
Both with a retail cooler.

Um, no. 1800 can't go to 3000.

2.2GHz 512KB C2 = 3200
2.2GHz 256KB C2 = 3000
2.4GHz 256KB C2 = 3200
2.6GHz 256KB C2 = 3400
3400-1800=1600.
2.6GHz-1.53GHz=1.07GHz.
