Added a few mods to the forums

Well, I added two mods to the forums that are supposed to allow Google to index the site alot easier. Hopefully, when we get indexed, our page rank will go up and we may see an influx of users. Hopefully.

Yes i bet once this gets indexed it will move up from number 11,753 under the search "hardware reviews" to 8,239...idk about you but i always go to page 412 when i search for something...all the good sites are on page 412
