Changed the format a bit

I changed the format of the forums a bit.
1. I added a table at the bottom of the index.php page which will display the top 5 Recent Topics and Popular Topics (by view and by reply).
2. I removed the goto latest post links in viewform.php and index.php, this should increase the text to link ratio
3. I changed the descriptions of the forums to increase the text to link ratios.
4. I removed the avatars and other images to cut back on bandwidth.
