Dell and Intel get Sued for HT and SSE

Well, we have seen Microsoft attack and end up giving lots of money.
Now Intel and Dell are getting sued.
Will they run like Microsoft or fight hard?
Their defence seems a lot like Microsoft's.
"we plan to defend ourselves vigorously"
Well, that is what happens when you are rich.
It all falls down.
