I'm for balled mice. I just like the idea that my mouse is a guy not a whatever optical is.

Optical runs much smoother. Its infinitely better than balled.

What he said.. Optical runs smoother, and I find that it eases over Ball with its gay mousepad which annoys the freck out of me

I live in a dusty area, so my balls get dirty and stop workin.. So i use optical

You can clean your ball mouse easily.. Just take of the bottom top and clear out all of the dust... dont just throw a mouse to waste becuase it has dust in it...
