All major viruses that have been launched within the past year were launched from within Germany.

Wow, the German computer users must be very intelligent in order to produce so many different powerful viruses a year.
Considering how much the average American can do on a PC, Germans are awesome with PCs. I like how they write viruses.

The reason germany makes so many viruses is because thats the only area of computers they can own at. everywhere else America owns

Germany is the location of AMD Fabs 30 and soon 36.
And considering AMD is the best from PCWorld (the most popular hardware review site and the most respected from education systems around the world), I would say Germany makes the best CPUs.
