is Super PI supposed to use you entire processor to complete it, because it only used half of mine while i was also doing other things at the same time. With all that going on i got at 56.

Intel chips cannot compete with AMD chips in FPU intensive apps, such as SuperPI. Intel chips have a horrible FPU and have to fall back on "optimizations" such as SSE and SSE2.

thats just windows showing HT. It identifies it as two processors. Kinda like a trick, heh, cause there is only one. You should have two CPU meters.

Im not sure about this, but I dont think HT work with the P4's FPU which is what this program really taxes. It was working at its max.
