I have that same Mobo and an AMD 2200+ CPU, I was wondering what exactly does the Adjustable VCore do to the computer?

V Core is Core Voltage it's for Over Clocking your CPU (you typicaly increase it when you increase FSB/Bus speed) most Over Clocking Info can be found there.
