DVD Shrink Help

Can I get a DVD onto a CD. And if i can't can i split it into two cd's without messing anything up. Finally can i just Rip the movie instead of Everything else?

why would i ask to put it on cd if i had a dvd burner ... anyway i don't have one

DVD Burners are cheap now. Just get the
one I have, the Lite-On 8X Dual Layer burner.
