Some help with constant crashing please!

Post by acheron »

My problem is that whenever I do something, like playing a game or surf, my computer will either freeze up completely randomly and without warning or restart. This can happen several times in a row in the space of 10 mins, or not happen at all for hours. After a restart, I get the following thingy: http://freewebs.com/fleetnereus/ugh.jpg Your help is really appreciated! Msinfo and Dxdiag are here: http://freewebs.com/fleetnereus/DxDiag.txt http://freewebs.com/fleetnereus/msinfo.txt

Have you run a virus scan, CCleaner, and Adaware? In not download them , update, and run. If the problems stilll exist, get Hijack this and post you're log

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{D0CD0DFA-3D89-4279-9F1E-9524D686226B}: NameServer = 202.74.207.10 202.74.207.100 Possibly nasty If this Domain does not belong to your ISP, or your firms network, these entries should be fixed. 'SearchList' entries should be fixed too. Do you know the IP or Domain '202.74.207.10 202.74.207.100'? If not, fix this entry. You are using a tempoary directory for Hijack this, you should put it in it's own directory before making any changes. LEt me know if this solves the problem.
