computer wont start

computer wont start

when i try to turn on my computer, it wont start. no fans, no nights, no sounds no nothin. but the printer, audio controls and moniter still work but is a blank screen(obviously,cause the comp wont start). i unplugged the power chord and plugged it back in but still nothin . can anyone tell me whats wrong??

Look at the case, do the fans start, do you hear any noise? IF not the first thing to check is power supply. You may want to unplugthe power connectors from the CD, "A" drive and see what happens

it was the power supply. it just went bad so you might want to get a new power supply. it started right up , just like normal when i installed the new ps.

Change the following: ) Your power lead or rather check the fuse. if problem still persists, restart your PC with just your mainboard, CPU, one memory module and agp card. Again, no luck? then.... 2) PSU No luck again? 3) Check your case power button. 4) Check your m/b 5) Buy a new one!
