Graphics card fan is making horrible noises! What to do?

Hello guys, My cumputer made horrible noises, like a lawn-mower or a heavy motorcycle, so I opened it and checked every fan. The one that was making noises was the graphics card fan (cause it's the only fan I didn't clean lately). Please tell me - how can I clean this fan? it's on the bottom side of the graphics card so it's a bit hard to reach... is there a way I can dismount the fan to clean it, and then bring it back to place? Thanks in advance, hoping for your assistance.

Remove the card and blow it out with a can of air, can be found at you're computer supply store. If that doesn't help you need a new fan, they do die
