My CPU IS MAKING A NOISE WEN SCROLING DOWN & OPENING PRO
I have built this computer its was working really good and fast like 1 month ago it started making a sheerrrrrrrrrrrrtttttttttttttt when using the cpu when opening something when ever the cpu is in use it makes that weird noise its weird. Can anyone Help me. does anyone know whats wrong with it HELP HELPP PLEASE

Sounds like the read head on the HDD is scraping, you've better start backing up your files before it stops working.
