I have just finished going through my "Start Up" (Start>Run>msconfig) file to do a little house keeping... Would anyone know how to remove the "Unchecked" applications that are no longer being executed? TIA

Go to add remove programs and remove them there.
If I could remember all I have forgotten, I would be a smart man.

Hi Rich... Have you had to deal with any real viruses??? This option doesn't work all of the time.... Thanks anyway for taking the time to reply!

Just C deal with them all the time, I work in IT. I answered the best I could with the information you posted. If you could be more informative I maybe able to help out more. :)
