Ok, my pc has been shutting down AUTOMATICALLY, I later found out that COMPAQ's BIOS makes the PC shut down automatically when it gets hot. Anyways, You can change your power supply settings in the control panel, and make the pc stand-by if the pc is left on and isn't being used...well, It works good for me.

Quite a few motherboards have the ability to shut your system down when it gets to critical temps. If your system is shutting itself off, because of a heat issue.. it's strongly recommended that you either buy yourself some more case fans, or at least let the system shut itself off and cool down. Definetely not a good idea to make it run if it wants to shut down due to heat problems. Go into the BIO's, usually under Hardware Settings.. and it should list your CPU and mainboard temps.
