May I refer you to the sticky at the top of the CPU forum, the one that says "Sticky: [ Poll ] AMD VS Intel"?
Also, ATI and Nvidia dont make CPU's.

Yep ATI and Nvidia make GPUs...(and NVidia makes chipsets).
After being a hardcore Intel fan for the past 3 years, i bow down to the AMD X2 chips which are, i think the best current CPUs on the market.
