I Can not find what these are. PLease Help

I have run all the apropriate scarns(virus, adware Trojan) and I am left with this small list that I can not identify in Hijackthis. I can not find any reference of these on the internet. They all look suspicious, so I would delete them all in safe mode.

thats definitely spyware crap i had same kinda list on my bros laptop i deleted them all and his laptop doesnt limp around no more. microsoft wouldn't make imprtant folders in the freakin hidden system32 folder wit gibberish names. be sure u end the processes(windows task manager) before u delete them.
