Windows Must Restart because the Remote Procedure Call......

I don't have a start menu and can't get my computer to do anything! Please help!

Ok you're not giving us much info here, but did you somehow drag the start bar down? Check this by going down with the mouse see if you can drag it up, the cuser will change to a line with up and down arrows. If this doesn't help please give us any information that may help us help you.
