anyone know of the program i am looking for?

I had a really good program that took off the copyright on everything. When I put in a dvd there would be a smiley face in the taskbar that would be like angry and then after about 10 seconds would turn green and then you could copy the dvd. I had it on my comp but then i reformated the hd and forgot what it was called. does anyone know or have it?
