The Athlon XP 2800 is rated to compete with the 2.8GHz P4. They have the same overall performance.

Besides, with Dell, I could of never got a PC, considering they price higher than $150 for any PC.
At most, this would be the best I could buy.
With an AMD CPU, I built the same system and it now runs off an Athlon XP 1800 @ 2.0GHz and 200MHz FSB. (Athlon XP 2400 runs at 2.0GHz and 133MHz FSB)
Do you think my system equals this one?
