Athlon XP 3200, Truly the Last of Socket 462

Post by Aggressor Prime »

Well, for all you AMD Socket 462 users, you better watch the price on this CPU.
I would suggest buying it when the price gets down to <$100.
This should be very soon, considering the Athlon 64s are conquering the market and AMD is giving price cuts left and right.
Last year the 3200 costed about $500. Now its only $188!!!

AMD is going crazy with the market. I'm guessing the same thing happened with the K6s when the K7s came out.
Intel is doing the same. They finallay got a P4 under $100. I thought I would never see that day come.
