1. Open Up the Control Panel
2. Click Power Options
3. Click Hibernation
4. Uncheck Enable Hibernation!

Nah, Hibernation is good for some things.

But when you are dual booting, its nice to be able to
not have to clear the memory when u go to the other operating system.
