Well, AMD has just updated their Mobile series with the Low Power Mobiles.
Now you have three divisions:
DTR (81.5W) - 3400 (2.2GHz), 3200 (2.0
GHz), 3000 (1.8GHz)
Mobile (62W) - 3200 (2.0GHz), 3000 (1.8GHz), 2800 (1.6GHz)
Low Power Mobile (35W) - 2800 (1.8GHz), 2700 (1.6GHz)

The Low Power Mobiles use 512KB of Cache 2 instead of 1MB.
