Iconify all programs

Is there a way of making all progams that I'm not actively using into an icon in the system tray? I know some programs have it in their settings, but I'm asking for those that don't have that setting.

Only the individual programs can minimize themselves to the system tray. Some programs don't come wiht it built in and you can get plugins to do so however.

darn. thanks though. I was hoping that I'd be able to do it for all programs.
