I've been through Mozilla, Netscape, IE, and Opera, and
FlashPeak SlimBrowser is my current web browser of choice.
It is extremely IE compatible, but it's a tabbed browser like Opera.
And it's fast. And it crashes
much less than Opera.

Browsers that use the IE ActiveX to display pages still have all of the same security vulnerabilities as IE, which is one of the reasons that I use Firefox.
