i dont know if this belongs in the forum but i didnt know where to put it

ill just be on my computer on a website or playing a game or talking and then all the sudden i get this



and its really annoying because it will just keep coming say every 30 minutes and i just want to know what i am suppose to do to stop this from popping up no matter what it is

spybot search and destroy
ad-aware

then run this:

then update windows
