delete the file

Hu, everyone
I got some video file (.avi) from Shareasa. When I opened it I saw different video from the expected. When I tried to remove it I got the message: "It has been used by another person or program". I tried to remove it from the safe mode, I also uninstalled Shareasa but the file was not removable. I didn't find any viruses and I cleaned the comp from spyware and adware. One more think: when I try to delete it, my computer become very slow and I have to restart.
Please express your constructive help.

Try restarting your computer.. Then try deleting it

Then run adware and a virus scanner because your computer has a chance of being infected by a malicious code(virus

)
