Hey, i just got a new p4 3.0 cpu 800mhz, just wondering if anyone can recomend a good m/board, as my old one aint compatibil. I was thinking of a P4P800S - INTEL848P - FSB800 - 2x PC3200 - 5x PCI, 2x ATA100 /2x SATA , 8x USB2.0 - 6 cha., Intel Lan, mainly due to price. Any ideas?

Yes, Asus is the way to go.
I have the exact description you gave here.
Except the LAN is Realtek 8100C 10/100M Fast Ethernet.
The total price is only $72, a real good deal.

Also, let us know how that P4 scores on 3DMark03.
Test it with and without Hyper Threading.
