i just installed mandrake 10 this is the first linux os ive used and theres a noise cuming from my speakers its just a constant beep so i cant listen to music or anything.can anyone help me thanks
log in to root and go to the start menu, system, configuration, configure my computer. Go to hardware, and try different options with the speaker/sound settings to see if you get different results
I use Mandrake 10.1 and its all worked fine for me so far
