First, it is one of the two boards from NewEgg that use the nVidia nForce 3 Ultra chipset, the best chipset for Socket 939 users. Second, it is the only board from NewEgg that allows you to place the Thermaltake FanLess103 towards the rear case fan. This fan usually provides better cooling than the old PSU fan design. Also, that rear case fan can also cool the memory slots. And, of course, you have SATA RAID 0, 1, and 0+1.
